Good quality and meaningful work experience placements can help people to explore their career options, develop work related skills, build on their soft skills and increase self-confidence. We know that young disabled people often find it difficult to find appropriate and effective work experience that helps them to achieve their goals.

This is why if you are disabled and interested in a work experience placement, we will do our best to offer you a placement which is meaningful. We will discuss with you your goals, the support that you need and be as flexible as possible to offer you a placement which works well for you.
